Saterah is a Laboratory Artist in the HDE Lab, she is responsible for creating visuals on psychological aspects of the Human Universals Project, lab website management, and the Human Continuum blog. Saterah is currently studying Psychology and Visual Arts at Boise State University with her academic interests involving adolescent and adult clinical counseling, with an emphasis on incorporating art therapy techniques into treatment. Her goal as an artist in the psychology world is to create pieces that are able to help others visualize the psychological story behind the piece and create a deeper understanding of how art can be a bridge into the psychological world of an individual. Outside of the lab Saterah is creative at home, working on multiple small projects, a novel she has been writing since she was 15, baking cakes for events with her mother, creating family recipe books and spending time with her son.
